With over 20 years of experience in delivering travel and adventure programmes worldwide, we work with a wide range of guests—from school groups to corporate clients and independent travellers—ensuring every experience is both safe and enjoyable. Each of our trips is carefully designed and tailored to our guests, combining adventure, culture, and education while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Our Commitment to Safety

We believe that a safe environment is the foundation of a great experience. By prioritising safety across all our activities, we ensure our guests can fully enjoy their time on and off the water. As an affiliated IKO Pro Center, we operate in line with internationally recognised kiteboarding standards. Our activities are supported by tour operator liability insurance, and all tours and sessions are subject to thorough risk assessments. We also collaborate with trusted partners within the travel and tourism industry to deliver safe and well-organised programmes. Equipment & Safety Requirements

All equipment used during our sessions is regularly inspected and maintained according to international IKO standards. For all lessons and courses, participants are required to: Sign a participation waiver (GET or IKO) Wear a certified helmet Use safety systems with quick-release mechanisms Use kite leashes on all control bars (including trainer kites) Wear a 50N buoyancy aid during sessions Use a harness equipped with a safety handle Follow all school safety guidelines and instructor instructions As an affiliated IKO Pro Center, we operate in line with internationally recognised kiteboarding standards. First Aid & Emergency Preparedness

Our team is fully trained in first aid and emergency response. We are equipped with: Comprehensive first aid kits Spine board and Oregon Spine Splint Trained personnel ready to respond to emergencies As an affiliated IKO Pro Center, we operate in line with internationally recognised kiteboarding standards. Communication & Emergency Support

To ensure constant communication and rapid response: Our team carries mobile phones at all times Emergency contact numbers are clearly displayed at kite locations Satellite phones are used in remote areas when required

Support & Rescue

During sessions, we provide: On-site support vehicles Boat or watercraft support when necessary Access to coastguard services for emergency situations

Site Management & Safety Zones

We carefully manage each location to ensure safety for all participants: Designated areas for beginners and advanced riders Clearly marked no-fly zones Identified entry and exit points Awareness of environmental risks (buildings, obstacles, power lines, etc.)

Beach Safety Information

At our kite spots, we provide clear visual guidance for all users: Flags marking training and riding zones Defined safety and limit areas Informational signage for both participants and public beach users
